When I find a new website, one thing that catches my attention right away is design. A good costum website design can be expensive but webmasters can build a site, with a professional look, using the many free resources available on the Internet.
If you need free website templates, or flash templates, I came across a few sources that may be helpful.

Another two to add to my collection although i think i've already checked them out in the past... lol
The trouble with those free resources is that the same designs are repeated again and again on every one of them... So if you see one u have practically seen a lot of them... Exceptions do exist from that rule but they are rare.. That is only my opinion...
